Investing on Nixgraphy Studio
The answer for the investment sounds cheesy but we have had 95% customer satisfaction rate so far. Invest on us to capture your moments, memories and emotions and trust us it will be worth it. We don't have pricing difference as of now, as we shoot both photo and video. We have setup a standard price which is below.
Simple Terms of Service for all kind of shoots.
1. The price to the service will be the price agreed between us plus Travel fee of $48/hr and $0.65/km. Also, fees will be charged per hour and if the time extends, the invoice will be sent out to you based upon the time taken.
2. In case the photoshoot becomes affected by the weather, the session will be postponed after mutual agreement.
3. After the photo session, please allow us 2 -5 working days to process your photo. Instructions will be given to you to obtain your photos.
4. 10% amount will need to be deposited in order to book the time and date (We have unfortunately, recently had many customers cancel at the last minute, hence this is applied to every customer) - Instructions below to deposit.
5. Please note that we don't provide RAW files. If in case you needed RAW files we sale them but please discuss with us first
6. Please note for any outdoor sessions we only provide 12 photos and rest of the photos cost $5 per photo.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes we do and we have a complete package for that. Please contact us for quotes to discuss
Will there be a second shooter?
Usually there will be only 1 shooter, but in case when people need photo and video or when its a big function where we need more photos there will be a second shooter
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes definitely, but please note as the session extends the price will reflect in next invoice for the time-frame taken to shoot photo or video

Do I have to order prints through you?
You don't need to order prints through us, you can purchase a simple digital copy and you can print through your local stores or if you want the order through us then please request and we will send a shop URL where you can send us an order with the size and we deliver the prints.
