Hi, I am Nick (Nishan Gurung).

I am an Auckland Based Photographer. The photo you are seeing at the top is me and my partner. My partner is very lovely and helps me out on my every photo session. Before knowing me I think you should know my partner as well as we both will be present on every single photoshoot. We have started taking photos commercially since 2021 after I lost my job due to covid on 2020. We tried as a trial purpose but we got very good feedback from our clients and now we are on the road of fulfilling every client's need for their any achievements.

A bit of a background about me - About 15 Years ago my dad bought a 1st camera which if I remember correctly it was Sony digital camera, since then my love towards camera grew up. I used to take photos all the time. Being born on middle class family is a bit of a hassle as you are not able to get any DSLR cameras. But also since I was a computer technician in my area I got connections with many friends who own SLR cameras and I was very fortunate that they lend me cameras and I began to start shooing photos. On 2014 I came to New Zealand to pursue my career on Information Technology and even worked on telecommunication sector for 4 years but by side by side I had bought my 1st camera and had already starting shooting landscapes since 2014. I even remember that my first photo was of my friend (Arun Malla) and I still have that photo with me, as the time passed by my skills improved a lot better and I felt confident. Now on 2020 I lost my job due to COVID and till mid year of 2021 I was doing uber but also planning to take photos of people for trial purpose, April 1st is the day we got our 1st event shoot from one of my friend and started taking photos and videos for people, we weren't expecting that we would be getting such a massive great acknowledgement and that positive acknowledgement got us where we are now.
